We acknowledge receipt of your complaint and endeavor to resolve it within 21 calendar days from the date of receipt. You will be kept informed of the progress at each stage.

5. Stage 2: Approach SEBI (SCORES 2.0)

If you are not satisfied with our response, or if we fail to acknowledge and redress the grievance within 21 days, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

You can file your complaint through the following channels:

SEBI SCORES 2.0 Portal: This is a centralised web-based grievance redressal system. You can register and track your complaint online.

Note: This triggers a two-level review: first by the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB) and then by SEBI.

This platform facilitates online conciliation and arbitration for disputes arising in the Indian securities market, providing an amicable and efficient mechanism for final resolution.
