1. Applicability

This Refund Policy shall apply to all clients availing research services from Forever Research, a SEBI Registered Research Analyst.

This policy is framed in accordance with SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 (as amended) and applicable SEBI Master Circulars.

2. Fee Structure Acknowledgement

• Fees charged are for research and recommendation services only.
• All fees are agreed upon with the client prior to onboarding.
• Fees shall comply with SEBI-prescribed limits and regulations applicable from time to time.

3. Advance Fees (If Applicable)

• Advance fees, if charged, shall be collected strictly in compliance with SEBI regulations.
• The client provides explicit consent to the fee structure before making payment.

4. No Assured Returns Disclaimer

• The client acknowledges that:
Research services do not guarantee returns or profits
Investment decisions are subject to market risks

• Refund requests shall not be entertained on the basis of:
Market performance
Losses incurred
Investment outcomes

• No refund of losses under any circumstances

5. Refund on Premature Termination

In case of termination of services:

• The client shall be entitled to a proportionate refund of the fees paid for the unexpired period of the subscription.
• The refund shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis from the effective date of termination.

6. Non-Refundable Components

The following components, if applicable, shall not be refundable:

• Taxes (such as GST) already remitted to statutory authorities
• Charges for services already rendered up to the termination date
• Payment gateway charges deducted at the time of payment

7. Mode and Timeline of Refund

• Refund requests shall be processed within 7–10 working days from effective date of termination.
• Refund shall be made through the original mode of payment, unless otherwise specified.
